Why does draft flex matter?
If a champion can play Top or Mid, the enemy can't counter-pick or bring the right jungler match-up. It's a competitive advantage before the game starts.
How is diversity measured?
We count how many distinct teamPositions a champion appears in with at least 5% of their games — a 5% threshold filters out one-off role swaps.
